Our Process

CompleteTrusts.com is dedicated to assisting you with setting up a Living Trust for yourself and your families and beneficiaries - to help you plan for your financial future. We ask all of our potential clients wishing to set up revocable trusts to complete a questionnaire and send it to us. There is no obligation on your part for doing this. Once we receive your information, we will call you and quote an exact fee to cover the costs of the trust, will, powers of attorney, changing title to the trust (known as funding) for your assets, and updating beneficiary designations. If you accept our quote we will commit it to writing and set up an appointment.

CompleteTrusts.com works with clients who live in California as well as all over the United States. We can work with you in person at our Emeryville, California offices or over the phone. Janet L. Dobrovolny has created hundreds of trusts using a sophisticated choice of law provision. Janet's expertise consists of more than twenty years experience as a private estate attorney specializing in trusts. She also acts as a Private Trustee for a wide variety of beneficiaries.

To review trusts prepared by other attorneys, or if you have prepared your trust yourself, an hourly fee will be charged.

Asset protection, annual exclusion gift and qualified residence trusts are the next step in more sophisticated plans and are also usually quoted on a flat-fee basis, although this is not always possible.

Fees for probates are set by the courts, but we can give fairly accurate estimates.

We understand that the largest source of dissatisfaction between clients and their attorneys comes when the client receives a bill that is far in excess of what they originally anticipated. Our flat-fee quote guarantees that this will never happen to you.
